Questions About Booking Tickets:
Why can't I book my ticket or get information by telephone?
All of the information you need is easily found on our website. Booking your ticket takes just a few clicks. We have found that it is far more beneficial for our customers to make their own bookings based on the information that is displayed to them rather than being explained to them on a telephone. Additionally, this keeps our cost down which enables us to pass along those savings to you by offering lower fares.
How do I call my driver if I can't find the shuttle?
When you book your ticket, you will be given a dedicated telephone number that will work on the day of your trip to easily communicate with your driver & dispatcher. Misplaced your confirmation? No worries! Call us at 888-872-9992, press Option 3 for Dispatch and then simply enter your Trip Number.
Do I Need To Print My Ticket?
No, just valid photo identification and your confirmation number.
What is considered a "Valid Photo Identification"?
We accept any form of Government Issued ID with a photo. Drivers Licences, Passports, or Work ID Cards with a Photo are all valid for boarding. Note: This is only required for passengers over the age of 18. Anyone under the age of 18 is not required to show photo identification.
Do I Need To Print My Confirmation?
No, just valid photo identification and your confirmation number. We highly recommend that you keep a copy of your e-mailed notification on your phone or tablet for reference until after you travel.
What Happens When I Make My Reservation?
When you make your reservation online, you will be instantly shown your confirmation and boarding pass(es). In addition, you will also receive an e-mail confirmation immediately providing you entered a valid e-mail address. (We suggest using the e-mail for your Cell Phone so you can save the information)
How Much Are The Tickets?
As you make your selections throughout the reservations process, the final fare will be calculated before adding any payment information. All reservations are handled thru our secure servers using authorize.net and your personal information and payment information is 100% secure and private.
Questions About Changes, Cancellations and Refunds:
Can I Cancel My Ticket?
You can cancel your ticket, however, you will not be eligible for a refund and you will not be able to use your ticket to travel at any time.
Can I Change My Ticket To Another Time or Day?
No, once a ticket is purchased it is confirmed for the trip that appears on your Ticket & Confirmation only. No changes may be made.
I Have An Emergency, Can I Change My Ticket?
While we are deeply sympathetic to emergency situations, our policy of No Changes is extended to all passengers without exception.
The Shuttle Was Late, Do I get a Refund?
No Refunds or Compensation will be extended for late shuttles. We do not make any guarantee of on-time departures or arrivals. Delays Happen! We believe in blatant honesty and the fact of the matter is, we have absolutely no control over delays. We never intend to be late for a pick up. That said, we have a BETTER than 95% on-time departure record, however, when delays happen, they affect everyone. It is always our intent to have an on-time departure, but if your trip is delayed, please know that we are doing everything we can to look for alternative routes to get our shuttles back on track. Just like with the airlines, there are no refunds or compensation for delayed departures and arrivals.
I missed my scheduled shuttle, Do I get a Refund?
If you miss the shuttle you booked for, you will be considered a "No-Show". You will not be eligible for a refund. We require all passengers to be at the station 20 minutes prior to departure. You will need to rebook and pay for another ticket.

Questions About Discounts On Bus Tickets:
Are Group Discounts Available?
We do not offer discounts for groups traveling on our regularly scheduled bus service, however, we do offer Private Charters for groups of all sizes. Click Here for additional information.
Are Discounts Available For Senior Citizens?
No, we do not currently offer any type of discounts for Senior Citizens. All passengers over the
age of 2 pay the same fare.
Are Discounts Available For Kids?
Children under the age of 2 may sit on their parents lap at no additional charge. If you elect to
bring a car seat, you will be required to purchase a ticket. All passengers over the age of 2 pay
the same fare.
Can Children travel by themselves? (Unaccompanied Minors)
Due to safety precautions, we do not allow anyone under the age of 16 years to travel without an adult.
Are Discounts Available For Active Members of the Military?
No, we do not have station personnel to verify status and as a result, we are unable to offer this
type of discount. That said, all of our fares are already the lowest in the industry so you're getting
a discount just by booking a ticket.
