Baggage Policy

Checked Luggage (Pieces of luggage that are being placed in the cargo compartment)

Maximum weight is 50 pounds and maximum size is 62 inches (length + width + height) per check piece of luggage. Your first checked bag is free!

 

Carry On Items (Pieces of luggage that you can bring on-board with you)

Carry on items are limited to one bag plus one smaller, personal-type item. We must limit carryon bag dimensions to 10x16x24 inches. All passengers and their items are subject to a thorough physical search.

You can use Paypal to pay for additional pieces of luggage in advance. We charge $10.00 Per Additional Piece if you pay in advance. The Bus Drivers will charge you $20.00 Per Additional Piece if you elect not to pay in advance. 

Pets & Service Animals

 

We do not allow the carriage of pets. The only exception for Pets are those who possess a certified service animal certificate. Please note that the Driver must see proof of certification as a service animal. Restrictions apply to only domestic animals.

We strongly suggest calling the Dispatch Number located on your confirmation to notify us that you plan on bringing a service animal with you.
